We are currently developing a pre-production accessory part for Intact Idea LLC/Flair Espresso, known for their premium espresso makers. This injection-molded component, made from food-safe polycarbonate (PC) in a grey powder finish, is designed for easy transport, making it ideal for travelers. It withstands boiling water temperatures while maintaining its functionality.

Key Features:

Material: Polycarbonate (PC) is exceptionally durable, capable of withstanding temperatures from -20°C to 140°C. Its strength and unbreakable nature make it an ideal alternative to metal.

Mold Steel: We use NAK80 mold steel, chosen for its hardness and ability to produce a polished finish, enhancing the mold's longevity.

Process: The part includes threaded sidebands for air gauge fitment, created using an automated threading device post-injection molding.

Precision: Utilizing Sumitomo (Japan) machines, we ensure dimensional accuracy and consistency, even with thicker flanges.

Surface Treatment: We can apply various textures to minimize visible scratches, although rougher textures may complicate mold release.

Hot Runner System: To optimize material usage and reduce costs, we incorporate a hot runner system to meet continuous demand.

Customization: Color options are fully customizable to meet client specifications.
