The client needed a one-stop service provider capable of handling design, optimization, and assembly, with multi-process capabilities that include injection molding, metal machining, sheet metal fabrication, silicone molding, wire harness production, electronic component sourcing, and full system assembly and testing.
Based on the client's concept, we developed a complete system design, offering detailed solutions covering processes and materials. Additionally, we provided prototype products for trial assembly.
We developed a detailed plan, including mold making, sample production, trial assembly, and performance testing. By identifying issues during trial assemblies and implementing iterative modifications, we ensured all problems were resolved to perfection.
