It is aluminum brushing plate that need to hold the two pulleys rotation together with belt when you plan to grind the coffee bean.

An aluminum brushing plate is a component found in some coffee grinders, designed to help clean and clear out coffee grounds from the grinding chamber. From the manufacture point, here are the overall process for the aluminum plate.

1. It is a sheet metal with the raw material AL6061 or Al6063

2. Since it is customized plate, so once have the raw material, we will machined the outline to ensure the size match with design required

3. Normally, the aluminum plate is a flat plate just with some desired holes to be machined, so then we will finish the special features, such as holes, chamfer etc.

4. Last step, brushing process. To say, in the market , there are some brushed aluminum sheet metal, but if the cosmetic is a serious required, normally the brushing process is applied after all the CNC machined process completed. That time, there won’t be any scratch after brushing, but if you used the brushed sheet metal, there will have high risk lead the damange, ding, dent , scratch etc.
