We’ve been collaborating with our Canadian customer, Container Modification World, for over three years. They are experts in developing innovative solutions for replacing metal brackets in containers with more efficient alternatives. For this particular product, we are excited to share the following details:

Material:
The composite material used for this product is PA66 + 30% GF-V0, which combines nylon resin (PA66) with 30% glass fiber (GF) and offers a V0 fire rating. This high-performance material is developed by Toray Inc., Japan, and is an excellent replacement for traditional metal brackets.

Material Selection Process:
Through extensive collaboration with our customer, we explored multiple material options. Given the harsh environmental conditions (both hot and cold) in which the product operates, many materials could not meet the required standards. With over 20 years of injection molding experience, we recommended PA66 + 30% GF-V0, a material we know will perform reliably under these conditions.
